LicenseCalendar is operated by MCKE Enterprises Worldwide LLC, Arlington Heights, IL. By using this free service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. You must be able to enter an agreement and have authority to act for any organization you represent.
Official sources and your responsibilities
We provide general information, not legal, tax or professional advice. We are not a government agency, filing service, licensing board, payment processor or your representative. You remain responsible for confirming your requirements and making timely filings, payments and renewals directly with the responsible agency.
Sources can change after verification. Dates and fees can depend on circumstances the tools do not model. An empty page, a missing deadline or an unavailable reminder does not mean you have no obligation. Check the official source and seek qualified advice when needed.
Reminders and local storage
Email subscriptions require double opt-in. Subscribe only yourself or an address you are authorized to manage. Keep selected dates and email details current, and protect management links. Reminders are a best-effort convenience; delivery and timing are not guaranteed. You may manage or unsubscribe through an email link. We do not automatically extend a license into another term.
The dashboard is stored on your device, without account synchronization. Clearing browser data can delete it. Calendar downloads are snapshots and do not update unless you subscribe to a published feed. Save records you need elsewhere. No paid plan or payment service is offered in this release.
Permitted use and third-party links
You may use the tools, download facts and calendar files, and embed the provided widget for lawful personal or business use. Keep source citations and attribution intact. Public facts remain public facts. Our original design, text and software remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights. Do not imply government affiliation or our endorsement.
Do not submit deceptive information, subscribe others without authorization, bypass safeguards, harvest personal data, distribute malware or disrupt the service. We may restrict abusive access. Official and partner sites are independent services; their terms and privacy policies apply.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that every rule is covered or that a reminder will arrive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCKE Enterprises Worldwide LLC and its members, employees and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, lost profits or opportunities, or penalties arising from reliance on the service. Aggregate liability for claims related to the free service is limited to US $100. These provisions do not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes, availability and contact
We may correct information or change, suspend or discontinue the free service. Material terms changes will be identified here and, where appropriate, notified to active subscribers before taking effect. Changes apply prospectively. Illinois law governs these Terms to the extent consistent with mandatory applicable consumer protections.
