Information you choose to provide

Email signup stores your email address, selected states, filing or license types, formation or expiration dates, confirmation and consent history, and delivery records. We use these to provide the reminders you confirm. Your dashboard’s names and entries stay in this browser’s localStorage until you delete them or clear browser storage. Selecting email reminders submits the selected reminder details; local names are not submitted.

Service providers and security

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores subscriptions in D1. Resend delivers confirmation and reminder emails. These providers process information needed to operate the service under their own applicable policies. We do not sell your email address. Avoid putting confidential information into dashboard names or public widget URLs.

Signup uses short-lived, salted hashes of IP addresses to limit abuse. Raw IP addresses are not stored in our application database. Subscription links contain private tokens; protect them as you would a password. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours.

Anonymous usage counts

When configured, Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page traffic and performance. Our first-party endpoint counts signup attempts, confirmations, tool use, calendar downloads, official-source clicks, partner clicks and widget copies by day and public page. It does not receive form values, email addresses, search queries, dashboard names or subscription tokens. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for our event and embed counters.

Embedded widgets count aggregate loads by day and public referring hostname. Referrer paths and queries are removed. These counts do not identify unique people; they are retained for 90 days. We use no analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers in our application. Cloudflare may process network metadata to deliver and secure requests.

Retention and your choices

You can remove dashboard entries on this device, manage selected reminders using an email link, or unsubscribe from every email. Unsubscribing stops future reminders; subscription, assent and delivery records may be retained to honor opt-outs, prevent duplicates and handle disputes. Expired pending requests and security buckets are cleaned by the service. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify that you control the email address.
