a. A limited liability company or foreign limited liability company may change its registered office, its agent for service of process, or the address of its agent for service of process by delivering to the filing office for filing a statement of change containing: (1) the name of the company; (2) the street and mailing addresses of its current registered office; (3) if the current registered office is to be changed, the street and mailing addresses of the new registered office; (4) the name and street and mailing addresses of its current agent for service of process; and (5) if the current agent for service of process or an address of the agent is to be changed, the new information.Official source

To resign as an agent for service of process of a limited liability company or foreign limited liability company, the agent shall deliver to the filing office for filing a statement of resignation containing the company name and stating that the agent is resigning. b. The filing office shall file a statement of resignation delivered under subsection a. of this section and mail or otherwise provide or deliver a copy to the registered office of the company or the principal office of the company if the mailing address of the principal office appears in the records of the filing office and is different from the mailing address of the registered office. c. An agency for service of process terminates on the earlier of: (1) the 31st day after the filing office files the statement of resignation; (2) when a record designating a new agent for service of process is delivered to the filing office for filing on behalf of the limited liability company and becomes effective.Official source
